Preventing Fashion Faux Pas One Closet at a Time
The key to having a fantastic looking wardrobe is HOW your clothes fit your body. I can’t reiterate this enough. I have tried several in the Kansas City area but have found my favorite alterations place. It’s called Broadway Shoe Repair located in Waldo.
A common problem with our closets is having too many different cuts and shapes. Do you have wide leg pants, skinny pants, mini-skirts, maxi-skirts, capris, cigarette pants, pants with cuffs, boot-cut, over-the-knee and under-the-knee skirts, A-line, pencil, straight cut, balloon/bubble cut, tulip, trumpet?
It’s that time of year when we are showing a little more skin. However, many women cringe at this ‘not so covered up look’ exposing their arms and legs. This is a common example of women being way too hard on themselves and scrutinizing every detail of their body.
